Scavenger Hunt for Special Occasions
Communication . Indoor . Outdoor
A scavenger hunt is a game in which the organizers prepare a list of specific items that the participants seek to gather or complete. HK Hunter reinvented the game to make it a very special one for your special occasion.
Birthday Party – Every birthday in a person’s life is an important milestone, so it is a very special day to be celebrated. HK Hunter’s birthday scavenger hunt package provides birthday-themed missions for the birthday boy or girl, including birthday card design, balloon twisting, and busking experience.
Leaving Party – Farewell parties needn’t be sad. They can also be a fantastic opportunity to celebrate your departing teammate’s efforts, both work-wise and personally. HK Hunter’s scavenger hunt package may be a good way to make your farewell party a memorable event.
Christmas Party – Celebrate Christmas with your family, friends, and colleagues with a scavenger hunt event. HK Hunter will give our clues a Christmas-related theme, and you may need to find Santa and go caroling together
Halloween Party – Wearing a special costume and doing a scavenger hunt in the city sound very creative and fun. Of course, you will catch others’ attention on the street!
Wedding Proposal/Love Confession – Have you ever thought about using a scavenger hunt to plan your wedding proposal or confess your love to someone?
Participants will play the game in teams. Each team will be given a set of clue cards, and they will need to complete their tasks as a group. Depending on the total event duration, there will be 10–20 checkpoints/missions/games in total. In most situations, the team will need to find the checkpoints and do some tasks. The task varies from finding a place or an object to solving a riddle, making a creative video, or completing a group challenge.

Briefing / Debriefing
Before the game starts, our event organizers and facilitators will give a briefing. But instead of being told what to do step by step, participants will be given time to discuss, formulate strategies, and plan their own routes. The objective is to stimulate their creative and critical thinking as well as to encourage them to be more proactive in planning and communication. Through competition and collaboration, we intend to facilitate the spirit of teamwork and build trust among team members so that they will be able to achieve common goals.
Debriefing will be provided after the game. Participants will be encouraged to share how they tackled problems and collaborated to work on common goals.
