Teams have to prepare for a lunch / dinner services by preparing and managing a full operation together in a virtual kitchen / restaurant in order to bring out customers order correctly. All progress of making the cuisine are handled by team themselves with the assistance of our Sous-Chef.
Teams will be given a mission briefing, then they will have some mini games followed by team discussion, meal preparation and presentation. The objective is to build the chemistry among team members and provide opportunities to collaborate with each other
